Ungdomstelefonen is a safe place for youth to talk to peers who share similar experiences concerning sexual identity, gender, identity, relationships and safe sex. We answer questions about sexuality, gender and identity by phone, chat and message. No question is too big or too small. The guards who work with us are volunteer young adults between the ages of 18 and 30. They themselves have been young and insecure, but are so secure in their identity and ready to help others. We are open Sunday - Thursday at 18.00 to 22.00. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays we are also available to chat.
