STOMP Out Bullying is dedicated to providing free and confidential support and information by phone and online chat. We are here to help youth, children, and the LGBTQ+ community in the United States who may be looking for support with bullying, loneliness, school or work issues, stress, or supporting a friend or family member.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors or volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges.
