The National Bullying Helpline

The National Bullying Helpline offers free, compassionate and confidential support by phone. We support everyone, adults, parents in the United Kingdom who may need emotional support with bullying, school or work issues.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs.
