Anxiety can affect anyone. It can be overwhelming and difficult to deal with, especially if it's not something you've experienced before. But you're not alone in what you're going through. If you think you might be experiencing anxiety, there are {{numberofresults}} in Mexico who are there to help. Anxiety symptoms may look like:

  • Struggling to concentrate or focus because you're distracted by worrying
  • Feeling weak or exhausted by your thoughts
  • Overthinking social situations or conversations
  • Feeling like you can't calm down

  • Feeling like something bad is going to happen
  • Feeling like you're out of control
  • Struggling to control thoughts and feelings that are centered around things you're worried about

These are normal experiences for someone with anxiety. Sometimes you might experience them mildly. Other times your experience of anxiety might be so intense and overwhelming that you feel like you are going to die.

It's important to remind yourself that what you're going through is normal. You are not alone – there are people in Mexico who understand and can help.
