Get free support from a hotline in Mexico for trauma and PTSD

It is never easy to deal with traumatic experiences and resulting PTSD symptoms. There are 2 in Mexico that can help you begin your healing journey. Although each person’s experience of trauma and PTSD is unique, there are some common symptoms which include:

These feelings are a completely normal response to traumatic experiences. Trauma leaves an imprint on our lives that can profoundly affect our emotional wellbeing.
