With specially trained crisis counselors, Centerstone is available 24 hours a day to support and respond to you, your family and friends who are experiencing a mental health crisis. Centerstone’s Crisis Call Center provides confidential, urgent mental health and crisis counseling by telephone, enhanced follow-up care, and resources for accessing needed services and support. We know that every crisis situation is unique, so when you call us, our counselors take the time to listen and determine the best course of action to help you or those you are concerned about.
