The Men’s Helpline offers men in crisis and situations involving violence an initial point of contact by phone. We are available around the clock, throughout Austria, free of charge, anonymous and confidential. We listen and provide support in difficult life situations, such as relationship problems, experiences of violence, abusive behavior, mental health issues, or suicidal thoughts, and can refer callers to further support services if needed.
