National Sexual Assault Hotline is dedicated to providing 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support by phone and online chat. We are here to help everyone in United States who may need emotional support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, depression, loneliness, parenting, relationships, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive counsellors or volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. Anyone may call and get support. We help everyone, regardless of age, gender, religious views, or nationality. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
