The NÖ Frauentelefon (0800 800 810) is a free, confidential, and anonymous helpline provided by Hilfswerk Lower Austria, explicitly dedicated to supporting women and girls of all ages. Whether you are dealing with domestic violence, relationship issues, depression, or workplace problems, experienced female psychologists, social workers, and lawyers are here to offer a listening ear and unbureaucratic initial guidance. The service is entirely free, and the call will not appear on your phone bill.

Counseling Schedule: Psychosocial counseling (in German): Monday to Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Legal counseling (in German): Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Counseling in foreign languages: Chechen and Russian: Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Turkish: Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Ukrainian and Russian: Wednesday from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Serbian-Croatian, Bosnian, and Croatian: Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
