PCA’s mission is to improve the quality of life for older Philadelphians and people with disabilities and to assist them in achieving their maximum level of health, independence and productivity.
PCA Helpline staff help older adults, caregivers and people living with disabilities benefit from many PCA programs by scheduling transportation services, taking reports of suspected elder abuse, making referrals for care management and home repairs, and administering crisis grants from the Emergency Fund for Older Philadelphians.

Web submissions for assistance can be submitted 24/7 at pcacares.org We have interpreter services available that can handle over 200+ languages.
