Rural Support Trusts offers free and confidential support over phone. We exist to help people in New Zealand who may be looking for support with anxiety, depression, school or work issues, stress.

When you contact us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive peers who have experience in how to help people with similar experiences to your own. They will listen, express empathy and understanding, and assist you to find a way through your situation.
