There are 5 helplines in Slovakia that help with anxiety. Anxiety is common and you're not alone in what you're experiencing – no matter how confusing or overwhelming it may feel. All of these are normal symptoms of anxiety. Some people also experience anxiety or panic attacks, which are sudden moments of very intense panic or fear.
