Do you have concerns about violence? Call us.

Crisis Center Monika's helpline 0800 05058 is for women with an immigrant background who have experienced violence or the threat of it.

We offer help in several different languages.

Helpline is open on Monday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m and from Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 4pm

You can call the helpline from anywhere in Finland. Calling the number is free of charge and you don't have to tell us your name. Crisis workers of the Crisis Center answer the phone.
