Free helplines for loneliness are available in Finland

Loneliness is something that everyone experiences from time to time. But when loneliness doesn't go away, it can start to have a serious impact on your mental and physical wellbeing. If you're struggling with these symptoms of chronic loneliness, reach out to one of 9 helplines in Finland for support.
