If you feel as if your family life is sometimes too much to bear, you are not alone. There are others who understand how unhappy, isolated, anxious, exhausted, confused or frustrated you may feel. If you struggle with the following, there are 7 hotlines in Saskatchewan, Canada where you can reach for the support you deserve.

  • Perfectionism, pressure or abuse from your parent, guardian, sibling or spouse.
  • Struggles with generational, cultural or religious differences within the family.
  • Job loss, financial struggles or gambling and the impact these can have on your family.
