Arise Sexual Assault Services provides 24/7, free, compassionate, and confidential support by phone for anyone who is seeking support for harm or violence.

When you contact us, you will speak with one of our trained advocates, experienced in helping people through most situations. They will listen to you and work to provide support or resources. Anyone can contact us, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, or religious beliefs. We recognize that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

In addition to emotional support, individuals can also request other services available at our center (counseling, SANE exams, outreach and prevention, and advocacy) through our helpline.
