We are a freephone support line and web chat service that provides invaluable one to one support, listening, reassurance and guidance for parents. Both the support line and web chat services make it easier for parents to find out about the programmes and services available and to gain access to additional support with more complex family issues. The experienced team provide parents with a safe space to explore their issues in a non-judgemental manner and a ‘warm handover’ to another statutory or voluntary agency can be facilitated when appropriate."
