BC Bereavement Helpline offers free, compassionate and confidential support by phone. We support everyone in British Columbia, Canada who may be struggling or looking for support with grief & loss, anxiety, depression and other stressful situations you may be facing.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our friendly and supportive volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity.
