Any child or teenager who: • is experiencing aggression or violence at school or at home, • is encountering cyberbullying, • feels threatened by new technologies, • has problems with addictions, drugs, alcohol, • is struggling with eating disorders, • is depressed or has suicidal thoughts, • needs to talk about another topic that is important to them. Who are the consultants? These are experienced experts from the Office of the Ombudsman for Children: psychologists and educators who are ready to help you in every situation, providing discreet and professional support. What number are you calling? 800 12 12 12 – Children's Helpline is a place where you can find help and support in matters important to you. Consultants will help you find solutions to your problems. If you do not want to talk on the phone, you can write to the experts on the chat, which you can find on the website: czat.brpd.gov.pl When can you call? Every day, at any time of the day or night. The Children's Helpline RPD and czat.brpd.gov.pl are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
