Are you experiencing anxiety? Contacting a free, confidential hotline in Poland can help.

Anxiety can affect anyone. It can be overwhelming and difficult to deal with, especially if it's not something you've experienced before. But you're not alone in what you're going through. If you think you might be experiencing anxiety, there are {{numberofresults}} in Poland who are there to help. Anxiety symptoms may look like:

  • Increased heart rate
  • Feeling like something bad is going to happen
  • Feeling like you're in danger
  • Overthinking social situations or conversations
  • Feeling an urge to escape difficult situations
  • Sudden shortness of breath
  • Restlessness, fidgeting, or can't seem to sit still
  • Feeling panicky

These are all typical signs of anxiety. For some people, these feelings and thoughts are mild. For others, they are sudden, intense and terrifying, making them even wonder if they are dying. Anxiety can be extremely challenging to deal with and can cause you to feel alone in what you're going through.

It's important to remind yourself that what you're going through is normal. You are not alone – there are people in Poland who understand and can help.
