The helpline (phone and email: 800 100 100) provides immediate psychoeducational and informational support for adults on issues such as child suicidal crises, self-harm, or preventing and responding to violence (including sexual abuse, peer violence, and discrimination based on origin or sexual orientation). Users include parents, caregivers, and professionals working with children (teachers, psychologists, social workers, doctors, lawyers). Services are free and available Monday to Friday.
