Is school or work affecting you emotionally? Find support through a free helpline in Poland.

Persistent problems at school or work may leave you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, singled out or left behind. What’s worse, such challenges can be impossible to avoid, with daily exposure impacting your mental health and wellbeing. There are 8 hotlines in Poland where you can ask for help if you:

  • Experience intense shyness, anxiety and low self-esteem when interacting on tasks with others.
  • Have intense school or work related anxiety, stress, fear or worry.
  • Feel so unhappy attending that you regularly find ways to avoid school, classes or work.
  • Have considered hurting yourself or others to end your daily troubles at work or school.
  • Feel isolated, withdrawn and constantly tired at school or work.
  • Feel stressed and overwhelmed by the quantity or content of homework, tasks, assignments and projects.
  • Struggle to follow lessons or tasks that those around you appear to find easy.
  • Often absentee yourself for headaches, flu, injuries and stomach bugs that you don’t really have.

Persistent worries about school or work can be detrimental to your mental health. You may feel socially anxious and have difficulty interacting with your peers. Perhaps you find it hard to keep up on tasks and assignments due to high levels of stress, an undiagnosed learning disorder or sensory impairment.
