Have symptoms of trauma and PTSD? Contacting a hotline in Poland can help

It is never easy to deal with traumatic experiences and resulting PTSD symptoms. There are 10 in Poland that can help you begin your healing journey. Although each person’s experience of trauma and PTSD is unique, there are some common symptoms which include:

  • Blaming yourself for what happened to you
  • Having uncontrollable angry outbursts that might not make sense to you
  • Repetitive thoughts about how you could have changed or avoided the traumatic event
  • Being easily angered or upset
  • Being jumpy or easily startled
  • Finding it hard to concentrate
  • Experiencing emotions that you went through during the trauma
  • Feelings of guilt or shame about a traumatic event

The thoughts and feelings linked to trauma and PTSD are all completely normal. It’s okay to feel whatever you feel – and you can do so without guilt or shame.

Dealing with experiences that have left us with wounds can feel daunting. It’s okay to be overwhelmed by what you are going through. But you don’t have to do it alone – there are people in Poland who understand and are here to support you.
