About NAMI HelpLine

NAMI HelpLine provides support to: • Individuals experiencing mental health challenges • Teens and young adults through the NAMI Teen & Young Adult HelpLine • People in the Hispanic/Latino community who speak Spanish through the Línea de ayuda de NAMI • Loved ones and caregivers through the NAMI Family Caregiver HelpLine • Friends and neighbors looking to help somebody they care about • Mental health providers, educators, and community leaders seeking resources

NAMI HelpLine offers: • Emotional Support. A listening ear, empathy, and understanding from trained volunteers who have experience with a mental health condition themselves or supporting a loved one • Information. Help problem solving, guidance on treatment options, and navigating systems of care • Resource Referrals. Connecting you to resources that can help in the next step in your mental health journey and connection to local NAMI programs
