Parivarthan Counselling Helpline (PCH) is a free telephone helpline that is serviced by trained counsellors to listen and help anyone in emotional distress. Languages available are English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali , Punjabi, and Hariyanvi. PCH initiative was launched in 2011 as an exclusive resource for youth and children (YCH) to access anonymous counselling help. It evolved into its current format, a phone counselling helpline for all age groups as we began receiving calls from people of varied ages and recognised the need for a helpline that caters to the same.
