Anxiety can affect anyone. It can be overwhelming and difficult to deal with, especially if it's not something you've experienced before. But you're not alone in what you're going through. If you think you might be experiencing anxiety, there are {{numberofresults}} in India who are there to help. Anxiety symptoms may look like:

  • Scary thoughts that feel like they came out of nowhere
  • Feeling extremely nervous or overwhelmed
  • Unable to switch your brain off
  • Feeling like you're in danger
  • Trembling, sweating, or feeling clammy
  • Feeling an urge to escape difficult situations
  • Overthinking social situations or conversations
  • Increased heart rate

All of these are normal symptoms of anxiety. Some of these are similar to what you might feel during stressful times, but with anxiety, you might feel these even when there isn't anything causing you to be stressed. Some people also experience anxiety or panic attacks, which are sudden moments of very intense panic or fear.

Although anxiety can make you feel alone in your struggles, what you're going through is very common. There's always help available in India, and someone to help you understand and manage your anxiety.
