Suicide Prevention Service of the Central Coast is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support by phone. We exist to help everyone in California, United States who may require support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.

People call us for many different mental health, crisis and behavioral health reasons. Regardless of what you are experiencing, we can support you. Talking with us is free. We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you.

When you contact us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive counselors or peers or volunteers who will collaborate with you to find solutions while giving you an empathetic and compassionate ear. They have expertise and understanding in how to help people going through difficulties similar to what you are. Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We are always available to talk with you.
