Trans Lifeline offers 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support by phone. We are here for the LGBTQ+ community in United States who may need emotional support with gender & sexual identity.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained peers or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
