We have caring and compassionate staff available to support individuals in any behavioral health crisis. Our staff provide a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental space for individuals experiencing any form of emotional distress or to anyone who is concerned about another person’s safety or mental wellbeing.

What to expect: During a call, you will be greeted by a specially trained crisis staff member who will:

Listen with empathy and respect Help you talk through what you’re feeling Assess immediate safety concerns Offer support, coping strategies, and resources tailored to your needs. Our goal is to promote your safety using the least disruptive approach possible.

What happens after the call: With your consent, we can continue to support you even after your initial crisis call to help you stay supported and connected.
