Crisis Center of Southeast Texas is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support over the phone. We are here to help everyone in Texas, United States who may be experiencing emotional distress related to abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.

As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you are considering suicide or harming yourself, or if you are noticing warning signs in a friend or family member

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained counselors or peers or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We are always available to talk with you.
