We support everyone in Delaware, United States who may require support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD. Regardless of what you're experiencing, whether it's a mental health crisis or wellbeing support, we will support you, for free. We're committed to suicide prevention, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you. When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone can call and receive free support. We exist to help everyone regardless of age, gender, beliefs or ethnicity. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
