Headquarters Counseling Center

Headquarters Counseling Center is dedicated to providing 24/7, free, compassionate and confidential support by phone and online chat via 988. We exist to help everyone in Kansas who may be experiencing emotional distress.

Our free support is provided for all mental health issues, whether you're in crisis or just need someone to talk to. You can contact us about anything that you're going through. As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you are considering suicide or harming yourself, or if you are noticing warning signs in a friend or family member.

When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive counselors or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Regardless of your age, gender, ethnicity or religious beliefs, we will listen in a supportive and non-judgmental capacity. We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. We are always available to talk with you.
