About KUTO Crisis Helpline

KUTO, Kids Under Twenty One is dedicated to providing 24/7, free and confidential support by phone. We are here to help youth, the LGBTQ+ community, parents in Missouri, United States who may be struggling or looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma & PTSD.

As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you are considering suicide or harming yourself, or if you are noticing warning signs in a friend or family member

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained and supportive peers or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way forward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. We recognise that difficult mental health or crisis experiences can happen at any time, so we are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
