Project HELP’s 24/7 Sexual Assault Helpline provides free, confidential support through phone—24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are here for survivors of sexual violence, as well as their loved ones, at any point in their journey—whether the assault occurred recently or in the past.
Our trained advocates offer crisis intervention, emotional support, safety planning, and information about medical care, forensic exams, reporting options, and available resources. We also support individuals navigating the impacts of trauma, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship or family challenges.
You are not alone. We are here to listen, believe, and support you, every step of the way.
As part of our commitment to preventing suicide, we are available to help you if you are considering suicide or harming yourself, or if you are noticing warning signs in a friend or family member
When you contact us you will talk with one our friendly and supportive peers or volunteers who are experienced in how to help people in your situation. They will listen to you, unpack your story and feelings, and work with you to help you through your challenges. We support people of all ethnicities, genders, beliefs and ages. We are here for everyone. We are ready to support you 24/7, whether it's the middle of the day or the middle of the night.
