Trans Lifeline's Hotline is a peer support phone service based in the United States and run by trans people for our trans and questioning peers. Call us if you need someone trans to talk to, even if you're not in a crisis or if you're not sure you're trans. When you reach out to us you will talk with one of our trained peers or volunteers who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way foward. They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through.
