Our peer support line is based in Western Massachusetts but available to anyone. The line offers peer-to-peer support by and for people who've 'been there'. Our main focus is on using the wisdom we’ve each gained from living and surviving to support others going down similar paths. People are welcome to reach out from anywhere when struggling with suicidal thoughts, trauma, hearing distressing voices, navigating loneliness and isolation and more. We have limited hours so please know you might not always get through, but we will do our best to answer! We do not engage in force. This means we do not send police or other emergency services to people’s homes to intervene involuntarily, etc.
