Kids Help Phone (KHP) is Canada's only 24/7 e-mental health service offering free, multilingual and confidential support for all young people from coast to coast to coast. KHP also offers services dedicated to supporting First Nations, Inuit and Métis youth, youth that identify as African, Caribbean, Black or a part of the Afro-diaspora, and youth who are new to Canada.

Youth can confidentially talk to a professional counsellor over the phone or online chat. Phone service is available in over 100 languages, with the help of trained interpreters.
