Michigan 2-1-1 is a free service that connects male, female, LGBTQ Michigan residents with help and answers from thousands of health and human services agencies, social services and resources right in their communities-quickly, easily, and confidentially. What's more, we use statistical data (not personally identifiable information) from calls and web visits to help shed a light on the nature of social needs in Michigan for government officials and decision-makers across the state.
