About San Diego Access and Crisis Line (ACL)

The San Diego Access and Crisis Line (ACL) has been serving the people of San Diego County since 1997. The ACL provides screening and support in the areas of suicide prevention, crisis intervention, community resources, mental health referrals, and alcohol and drug support services. The ACL is a confidential and free of charge telephonic service available to all San Diego County residents. Calls are answered 7 days a week, 24 hours. Language interpreter services allow them to take calls in over 200 languages.
