Purpose & Objective: Strengthen the online & offline social network, life satisfaction and emotional health of youths. In order to respond to youths’ developmental needs, assist in developing youths’ interests and potentials, and enhance self- confidence and sense of ability. Provide more comprehensive and appropriate services through the integration of online & offline services. Provide advanced service quality and more diversity services through cross sector collaboration.

Service Recipients: Adolescents aged 6-24 who are active online and have significant developmental needs.
