Struggling with problems in your relationship? Free hotline support is available in Hong Kong

If you're feeling dissatisfied in your relationship, help is available. Many people experience relationship problems as a result of poor communication, infidelity, life circumstances, and unresolved trauma. In Hong Kong, 16 hotlines provide support with relationships. Reach out if you can relate to any of the following challenges in your relationship:

  • Your families don't support your relationship
  • You argue and bicker a lot
  • You are having a hard time trusting each other
  • There was infidelity in your relationship
  • You don’t share enough interests
  • You are dissatisfied with your sex life
  • A lack of openness and emotional intimacy
  • You and/or your partner become spiteful or passive-aggressive in a disagreement

If your relationship has become unhealthy, you may be feeling insecure. It can be confusing when the person you love has let you down in some way. Doubt can creep in and make you question your future together. It's normal to feel conflicted. If you're being abused, you may be scared about making decisions in your relationship including leaving your partner.

You may feel that no one could truly get what you’re going through in your relationship. Talking to a dedicated helpline counselor or volunteer in Hong Kong about your struggles can help you feel better and find a path forward that works for you.

Consider contacting a hotline in Hong Kong right away for free, private help with relationships.
