Wellness Together Canada

Wellness Together Canada offers counselling (phone or video) and crisis support (texting), 24/7. Services are free and offered to anyone across Canada, or Canadians abroad, and provide support for any mental health and/or substance use health need.
Translation is available through the phone line, in over 200 languages. The counselling line is supported by trained and supervised counsellors. In addition to counselling and crisis support, a full continuum of virtual mental health and substance use health resources are available at wellnesstogether.ca Wellness Together Canada is delivered in partnership with Homewood Health, Kids Help Phone and Stepped Care Solutions, and is funded by the Government of Canada.
