The Wings Across Alabama Warm Line is dedicated to providing free and confidential support by phone to callers seeking an empathetic, listening ear 24/7. We are here to help everyone in Alabama as well as the United States who may be looking for support with abuse & domestic violence, anxiety, bullying, Dementia & Alzheimer's, depression, eating & body image, family issues, gambling, gender & sexual identity, grief & loss, loneliness, parenting, pregnancy & abortion, relationships, school or work issues, self-harm, sexual abuse, stress, substance use, suicide, supporting a friend or family member, trauma, PTSD, etc. We do prioritize Alabama callers but we welcome all calls seeking support. We are a WARM LINE, which provides non-crisis support to callers.

We are available to listen and support you as you share without fear of stigma or judgement on issues not limited to only mental health, from a mental health crisis through to general wellbeing, but everyday issues that we may all deal with and face. Our support is free. We're committed to suicide prevention through peer support, so if you are having thoughts of suicide or thinking about killing yourself, we are here to listen and support you when emergency assistance/911/988 is not needed.

When you contact us you will talk with one of our trained Warm Line Specialists, who are all Certified Peer Specialists, who will listen to you with empathy and understanding, and work together with you to find a meaningful way to provide you with the support you are seeking. . They are experienced in knowing how to help people who have challenges like what you are going through. Anyone may call and get support. We help everyone, regardless of age, gender, religious views, or nationality.
