If you're struggling with suicide, you are not alone. There are always people who can help. 9 free helplines are available in Malaysia for anyone experiencing suicidal thoughts. If you're feeling any of the following, reach out and talk to someone who understands and can help.

  • The thought of ending your life gives you a sense of relief
  • Feeling like you wouldn't be missed if you were gone
  • Looking up information about how to kill yourself
  • Thinking you're going to feel this way forever
  • Feeling or thinking you are worthless
  • Withdrawing from people in your life or cutting yourself off from others
