Many people go through traumatic experiences in their lives. They are more common than you might realize. That’s why there are 18 helplines for people suffering from PTSD in Australia. It can be helpful to know some of the signs and symptoms of PTSD:

  • Blaming yourself for what happened to you
  • Having uncontrollable angry outbursts that might not make sense to you
  • Repetitive thoughts about how you could have changed or avoided the traumatic event

  • Finding it hard to concentrate
